Tackling Crime

This week, officers from your local policing team have been involved in assisting with two successful warrant operations, highlighting the excellent partnership working between neighbourhood teams and police forces.

The first operation related to the suspected supply of drugs. Officers from Camden and Islington Safer Neighbourhood Teams executed a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant, resulting in the seizure of drug paraphernalia and suspected stolen property.

The second operation involved the arrest of a male who was wanted by Hampshire Police on suspicion of fraud by false representation. Following a warrant being carried out, the individual was located and arrested.

These results demonstrate the value of collaborative working between local policing teams and partner forces, ensuring that those suspected of committing offences are identified, disrupted, and brought to justice.
